  1. Hi CFR,
    I decided to make the tomato & olive pudding yesterday then after making the pastry found I didn’t have the olives I thought I had so made it anyway substituting houmous for the olives. I had some leftover in the freezer and just chucked it in still frozen. The result was brilliant! Totally scrummy and DH has requested I continue to make it like that in the future. Thank you for all you do and inspiration & help you provide.
