houmous

140g dry weight chick peas cooked as per packet instructions

110ml oil

15ml vinegar

garlic

salt and pepper

1/4 tsp chilli

place all the ingredients except oil in a food processor, then add the oil whilst pulsing until you have acieved a loose runny consistency a bit like yoghurt.

enjoy 🙂

make once in the month serve 10g per person per meal

  1. Could I ask, how do you store this? Does it need to be in an airtight container in the fridge?
