A vegetarian version of risi e bisi

this definitely needs refinement, but I tried 370g cooked weight marrowfats stirred through 200g raw weight rice made with stock, 3 medium onions, 20g grana padano, 50 ml oil salt, pepper and 20g garlic paste.

I’d like to try it again with more garlic a generous squeeze of lemon juice and more padano…

Will let you know…

It’s a passable dinner (I had seconds) but I’d like to do some more tweaks!
