eggless apple cake- very yummy!

ever so easy to make 🙂
1 and a half large bramley apples, with only the scantiest of cores removed: waste not want not! Cooked in a tbspn water to stop it burning until very soft and then blended in your processor skin and all 🙂
2 cups SR flour
1tsp baking powder
1 cup sugar

1/2 cup oil
1 cup  milk
couple of tbs of vinegar
Sieve dry ingredients together
Whisk the liquids together, then mix well into the dry ingredients.

This makes  one 10″x8″ cake, or an 8″ round one.
